Group trips run on a pile of texts, spreadsheets and half-remembered plans. I build shared dashboards that put the plan, the people and the details in one place, then collect the memories afterward.
Campout HQ
A home base for a multi-day camping trip. Friends sign in with their name, say when they are rolling up and who is with them, and the dashboard turns that into a daily headcount for meal planning.
Tabs cover the whole trip: a meal claim board with dietary tags, shared gear and snacks, a schedule, a message board, directions, and a live forecast corrected for the campsite’s elevation, with sunrise, moonlight and stargazing notes. It installs to a phone’s home screen, and pages you have already opened stay available when the signal drops.
Wedding story intake
After a destination wedding, the stories are scattered across the guests. This form makes it easy to share them: guests choose their name and write their memories in sections organized by day and place.
Every field is optional and loose. Drafts save as you type, a photo’s date and location help suggest which part of the trip it belongs to, and each memory is saved with its day and place attached, ready to be woven into one story of the trip.
